Would You Rather

Two equally tricky options. You must pick one — no 'neither', no 'both'. The real fun is listening to why people make the choices they do and arguing about who picked the worse option.

How to Play

  1. 1

One player poses a 'Would you rather...' question with exactly two options (e.g. 'Would you rather always speak in rhymes or always speak in questions?').

  2. 2

Every other player must choose one option — sitting on the fence is not allowed.

  3. 3

Each player briefly explains their choice.

  4. 4

The group can debate and vote on the most popular or most outrageous answer.

  5. 5

Rotate the question-asker clockwise. Play as many rounds as you like.

  6. 6

Tip: the best questions are ones where neither option is clearly better.
